Female me

female me

It have allways been my thinking than most of the female versions people make (or imagine) of themselves or male characters are wrong. Because almost everyone just made themselves as they are as male, but with a voluptuous female body. That’s wrong for several reasons, first of, to have a female attractive body you would first need to have a male attractive body, wich you probably haven’t. Even if you have it, you should take frame into consideration, a 1.80m tall guy with big muscles is probably attractive to woman, but how you translate that to a female char?, if you made the female version with big muscles she probably lose attractive to man, and if you try to save the attractive part by making her voluptuous you probably lose the muscles, so you best had to find an in beetwen design with a fitted body (or not?). Male jaws are squarer than females, so you cant really construct a female face form based on the male one (we would have an army of square jawed woman), you should probably look at the general craneal construction and convert it to female proportions, and relevant details like nose or eyes to make the version, and so on.

The second thing almost no one takes into consideration is psychology. Basically, you would not be the same as you are now if you were born a female. Because our personality is partialy constructed on education and experiences through our young ages, (part of it is instincts and biology) and that’s something that will change a lot if you were a female. And personality affects our physical aspect, affects how much makeup you would use, what hair you would have (you will have the same hair that as a boy, like ranma?, most woman have it long), what hair color you would have (tint is most used on woman than men), what kind of clothes you will use. So, basically, there’s no way to know how we will be at our actual age as females, we can only guess, basing on tastes or looking back at our young experiences, but those would vary a lot in the female case, since both sexes have different advantages and disadvantages. Maybe you were bullied in school as boy but you would have not being as girl (boys are much more bullied than girls in school), maybe you were taught different things and values, maybe you got taught how to take advantage of your female status, maybe you were told that you couldn’t do some things because you were not a boy, etc etc.
Biology also have it’s part, as males have more testosterone and that affects our attitude and, well, several other biologic differences, you get the drill.
So, considering our little capacity to know how we will be as females, from where this image comes from?. Well, it’s a kinda fun story xD. I installed the game The Sims 3 some months ago, and realiced it have an option to create an identical twin of your character. So, i recreated myself as a character, using a lot of time and detail to make me as more accurate as possible, even my mother and sister helped to make it the same as me. Then i created a twin BUT changing his sex to female, and the result was what you see in the picture.
It is an accurate version?, well, i supose no one can really say for sure, but the nose, eyes and eye cavity matches mine, as do the hair (i personally think i would use short hair as female, cause i like womans with short har the most, so i think i can translate that taste into how i would have it as a woman) and the physical frame (i’m also thin). For clothes i have used a style i like on womans and i think i would use as female, but who knows, some people have said that my Sims female version is kind of scary and gloomy, maybe my female me would have reacted to that and became a gothic xD.
Btw i’ve used a painting style a little different than usual, i’ve found it a little easier, but i still prefer the usual.
————————–

Warframe: Unmasked Tenno

warfram peq

I started to play Warframe some weeks ago and liked it very much, so i decided to do a fanart with the female Tennos without their masks.

Note that noone knows how a Tenno is without the mask, they we created by the Orokin and they have 3 fingers in their feet, so they could as well be totally alien, or they could be part of their warframe and the mask is actually their face. This is my interpretation based on some details, in the game they usually separate tenno from warframe so i imagine them alike the Quarians in Mass effect, mostly humans with some changes like the feet, who have a close relationship with their power armor, probably only them can use it or decide when to leave it (hence the Corpus torturing Valkyr inside her warframe), and probably can’t live long without it. I also imagine them with blank eyes cause there’s some in-game references to them being “eyeless”, and as they wear eyeless masks, i believe they rely on sonar (being banshee’s powers probably an amplification of this) and warframe sensors (one of the reasons i say they can’t probably live much without it).
Btw my favourite warframes are Ember prime and Valkyr.
…………..
